How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel directly from your Subscription page — scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel My Subscription". Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No calls, no waiting, one click.
How do skip tracing refunds work? +
We automatically issue refunds for bad or disconnected numbers within 72 hours of processing. If your refund hasn't appeared after 72 hours, use this form (category: Skip Tracing Refund) and include the phone number and date of purchase. Credits are restored to your account balance.
What happens after my trial ends? +
When your free trial expires, you'll lose access to core features like the full buyer network, deal alerts, and property submissions. Your account data is preserved — you can reactivate anytime. You will NOT be charged automatically; there is no credit card required for the trial.
How do I upload properties to the platform? +
From your dashboard, go to Deal Pipeline → Add Property, or use the Submit Property form. You can upload individual properties or bulk-upload via CSV. Each property requires: address, asking price, and a brief description. Photos are optional but recommended. Admin review takes 24–48 hours before it goes live.
I purchased the $5 Compliance Kit — where is it? +
Check your email inbox (including spam) for the confirmation email with download links. If you can't find it, use this contact form with your purchase email and we'll resend. Note: digital product purchases are non-refundable per our Terms of Service.
Is there a free trial? What's included? +
Yes — standard trial is 7 days (3 days for Wholesale University track). No credit card required. Trial includes: 1 cash buyer profile preview, access to Wholesale University, compliance checker, and deal pipeline overview. Paid Pro ($49/mo) unlocks the full buyer network and all deal features.
How do I get a refund? +
Monthly subscription: we offer a prorated refund within 7 days of your billing date if you haven't used core features. Contact us using this form (category: Billing). Digital products (Compliance Kit): no refunds — these are instant-download digital items per our Terms.
